工作职责:

1. To develop ABAP Enhancements/Forms/Interfaces/ Report according to business needs.

2. Provide support to SAP ABAP short dump analysis and troubleshooting.

3. Analyst ABAP program performance issues and devise/implement improvement initiatives.

4. Prepare ABAP development technical specification.

5. Keep updating the technical specification documents to trace the system changes.

6. Support SAP analysts (FI/CO, SD, MM, HR etc) on troubleshooting.

任职要求:

1. At least 3 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development. 

2. Experience in SAP ABAP development projects of large manufacturing enterprises is preferred

3. Familiarity with SAP/ABAP related development skills, SAP reports (ALV, WRITE, Query), form printing (Smart forms), batch processing (LSMW, BDC), screen session program development, user export and enhanced development, interface development (IDOC, RFC, BAPI, Web), etc.

Familiar with international and domestic accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, audit regulations, and policies.

工作职责:

  • Responsible for setting overall legal strategy and direction for the responsible region under the groupwide blueprint. Work with assigned business leadership to evaluate legal risks and develop procedures to mitigate such risks
  • Advise the regional management on a wide variety of legal issues related to the business’s operations and commercial transactions; provide contract review, negotiation and assistance on sales and service agreements
  • Provide legal support and advice on dispute management and resolution in the responsible region across a range of jurisdictions and dispute resolution mechanisms
  • Provide compliance leadership and support, including trainings, advice at all levels of the organization
  • Work closely with other legal functional counsels to support related matters (e.g. litigation, compliance, etc.)
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and assist in both daily operation and investment development to support business objectives
  • Participate in business/deal reviews and deal approval meetings – maintain independence in counsel while supporting the commercial team in meeting their business objectives.
  • Advise business on related regulatory issues and compliance matters that are specific to China. Prepare and deliver updates on legal developments and requirements to various audiences and provide ongoing advice on applicable laws and regulations governing the commercial activities of SHV China.
  • Develop and maintain commercial policies and procedures and monitor to ensure compliance
  • Work with other counsel in SHV China to develop best practices and strategic advice
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant industries in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business from a legal standpoint and help unit to differentiate itself from the competition
  • Support other parts of SHV in China and other initiatives as directed by the legal director of SHV China


任职要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college plus an advanced degree in law, business, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of professional working experience, general corporate law based on experience at a large law firm, financial firm or corporate legal department would be preferred. Candidate with more experience could be offered as Senior Legal Counsel
  • Strong oral and written communication and persuasive skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to take initiative and act independently and with good judgment, with little or no daily supervision or guidance
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and collegiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills, pragmatism and flexibility/resilience
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and peers and all other levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a complex organization in a collaborative and boundaryless manner and to simultaneously manage numerous and varied tasks and to exercise sound judgment in prioritizing among them
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • National legal qualification certificate is a must.
